Tarps / Industrial Covers

Start with What the Tarpaulin or Cover Must Protect

Industrial covers and tarpaulins should be specified around the equipment or goods being protected, the exposure environment and the way the cover will be installed, handled and stored. Kuoheng Textile supports material review and finished-cover development for OEM/ODM and bulk sourcing projects.

Project Questions That Affect the Specification

  • What equipment, goods or area must be protected?
  • Will the cover face rain, sunlight, dust, abrasion or repeated handling?
  • What dimensions, attachment points and construction details are required?
  • Is packed size, weight, appearance or color important to the application?
  • Which testing, labeling or target-market requirements must be reviewed?

Coated Fabric Directions

Depending on the application, the review can include Oxford or polyester fabric directions, PU, PA or silver coating requirements, waterproof targets, UV-resistance requirements, finished width, color and handling. Fluorine-free waterproof options can be reviewed when required. Final suitability and performance must be confirmed against the agreed project specification and test method.

Fabric Supply and Custom Cover Development

Buyers can discuss coated fabric sourcing or a finished industrial cover. Drawings, dimensions, reference samples, reinforcement and attachment details, packaging and estimated quantity help define the next sampling step. See the Tarpaulin / Industrial Covers product page for the current finished-product direction.

MOQ and Technical Quote Preparation

Typical fabric MOQ: 1,000-3,000 meters, subject to specification and coating requirements. Finished-product MOQ varies by size, material and order quantity.

For a useful review, provide the application, exposure conditions, dimensions, fabric or reference sample, coating and performance requirements, construction details and estimated quantity.
