Furniture Covers

Specify Outdoor Furniture Covers for the Actual Use Case

Patio seating, dining sets, grills and outdoor equipment do not all need the same cover. A practical sourcing process starts with the item dimensions, exposure conditions, handling needs and appearance expected by the target customer.

Information That Shapes the Material Direction

  • What item or furniture set must the cover protect?
  • Will it remain outside seasonally or throughout the year?
  • Which rain, sunlight, dust and abrasion conditions apply?
  • How should the cover fit, close and be removed for daily use?
  • What color, surface appearance, packaging and market requirements apply?

Fabric and Coating Review

Project review can include Oxford or polyester fabric directions, PU, PA or silver coating requirements, waterproof targets, UV-resistance requirements, color and handling. Fluorine-free waterproof options can be reviewed when required. The final material and performance target should be confirmed through an agreed specification and relevant testing.

From Dimensions to an OEM/ODM Cover

For a finished-cover project, share drawings, a measurement sheet, reference sample or product list. Construction details, closures, packaging and labeling can then be reviewed before sample development. See the Furniture Covers product page for the current finished-product direction.

MOQ and Quotation Inputs

Typical fabric MOQ: 1,000-3,000 meters, subject to specification and coating requirements. Finished-product MOQ varies by size, material and order quantity.

A useful quotation request includes the application, sizes, preferred fabric or reference sample, coating and performance requirements, color, packaging and estimated quantity.
